Classes will incorporate some breathing techniques and some guided centering/meditation, but mainly focuses on postures and the physical body.
G R O U P C L A S S E S
Group style yoga classes, will be a series of classes built around a general theme - areas of the body, energy centres in the body, emotions (love, gratitude, expression, confidence), stress relief.
Classes may incorporate some breathing techniques (pranayamas) and some guided centering/meditation, but mainly focuses on postures and the physical body.
$15/person with 4-6 people
$13/person with 7-9 people
$10/person with 10+ people
I N F O + F L O W
Group nutrition presentation/info session, followed by a yoga flow.
Info sessions may include topics such as:
Stress and the workplace, the immune system and how to support it, heart health and how to build your blood, sugar; is it really the enemy?
Yoga flows will generally try and be related to the topic, ie. stress will focus on mainly restorative flow, heart health will focus on chest/heart opening postures, suga
